About This Project

The Arlington Mill Community Center is a five-story, 64,000-square-foot mixed-use development, located in the Washington, D.C. metro region. The center was built to provide recreational, social and learning opportunities for all Arlington county residents. It includes a full-size gymnasium, fitness room, classrooms, an outdoor public plaza, retail and underground parking. A community outreach program was implemented to foster public involvement in the project. The community center façade is comprised of metal panel, curtain wall glazing and high-pressure wood laminate.
