About This Project

800 Federal Street, now the home to Schneider Electric (tenant) was a design/build addition/renovation project in Andover, MA. The general scope updated an existing 2 story brick structure and added a new 2 story ACM/Glass expansion to provide the incoming tenant with enough square footage to house all of their local operations. GGA provided the complete skin at the new expansion addition which was comprised of curtain walls, storefront ribbon windows and ACM wall panels.
