About This Project

GGA was responsible for the entire vertical skin of this office building core & shell strip down. The building slabs and structure remained after demo and 18,000 square feet of glass plus 14,000 square feet of panels gave the old brick building a much needed face lift.

Panel scope primarily consisted of insulated metal panels with ACM accents at the entry canopy and roof structure wrap that included custom grille inserts.

Glazing included ribbon window storefronts and 2-sided SSG curtain walls at the Southeast facing facade overlooking I95 through Waltham. The curtain wall featured a custom 9″ deep face cover with integral lighting channels that house LED strip lighting with wiring run back through the mullion tubing for a clean/wireless look.
